2Room Availability
Room availability is subject to change without prior notice. Single rooms, 2-sharing rooms, and 4-sharing rooms are allotted based on current availability at the time of booking. Submission of an enquiry form does not guarantee room confirmation.
3Booking Confirmation
A room booking will be confirmed only after direct communication with the hostel management and completion of any required advance payment or documentation. The management reserves the right to approve or reject any booking request.
4Rent & Payment
Monthly rent, advance amount, security deposit, and other charges will be informed directly by the hostel management. Payments must be made on or before the due date. Delayed payments may result in additional charges or cancellation of stay.
5Food & Amenities
Jayashree Women's Hostel provides facilities such as homely food, Wi-Fi, CCTV surveillance, housekeeping, drinking water, and basic room amenities. Facilities may vary based on room type and availability. Food timings and menu may change as per hostel management decisions.
6Resident Rules
All residents are expected to maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a peaceful environment inside the hostel. Residents must follow hostel timings, visitor rules, safety rules, and any other instructions given by the management.
7Safety & Security
The hostel provides CCTV surveillance and safety-focused accommodation. Residents are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings. Jayashree Women's Hostel will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
8Documents Required
Residents may be required to submit valid ID proof, address proof, emergency contact details, and other necessary documents before occupying the room. Admission may be denied if required documents are not provided.
9Visitors Policy

10Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation, refund, and deposit return policies will be explained at the time of booking. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed according to the hostel's internal policy and after deduction of applicable charges.

Room change requests will be considered based on availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply depending on the selected room type.
12Damage to Property
Residents are responsible for maintaining hostel property, furniture, fittings, and facilities. Any damage caused by the resident may be charged separately.
